1) RANDOM DRAWING: Carrie Underwood Fan Club Melbourne Concert Ticket Giveaway (the “Random Drawing”).

2) RANDOM DRAWING SPONSOR: The Official Carrie Underwood Fan Club, Twang, Inc., Sparkart Group, Inc., and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material and services related to this Random Drawing (collectively, “Sponsor and its Agents”).

3) ELIGIBILITY: An entrant who is a minor in his/her state or province of residence must have the signed, written consent and all required paperwork completed by his/her parent or legal guardian in order to participate. Sponsor and its Agents and members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Random Drawing Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Random Drawing.

5) ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period for the Random Drawing commences on or about December 8, 2016 at 8:00am AEDT and continues through December 8, 2016 at 4:00pm AEDT.

6) WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: 50 winners will be chosen by random drawing. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on or about December 8, 2016 and potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where lawful) within 1 day of the date of notification. If the Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release is not received within 1 day of the date of notification, the prize may be forfeited (at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents) and an alternate winner selected. If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, he/she may be required to correctly answer a skill question in order to receive the prize, and only potential winners who correctly answer the skill-testing question will be eligible to win and receive a prize. The skill-testing questions may be part of the entry process or the process in which the potential winner is notified and required to sign and return the paperwork specified above. In either case, the correct answer to the skill question must be submitted within the time limits set forth herein for the submission of the drawing entry or the winner paperwork, as applicable. 7) GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the random drawing or any website of the Sponsor and its Agents; (b) violating the Official Random Drawing Rules; (c) violating the terms of use, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any web site, fan club, or other service, or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass another entrant, Sponsor and its Agents, or any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Random Drawing is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8) PRIZES: Fifty (50) chosen winners will receive two (2) tickets to the Carrie Underwood concert on December 9, 2016 in Melbourne, AUS at Rod Laver Arena. This prize has an estimated retail value of $138.00.Prize does not include travel, transportation, or lodging. Sponsor and its Agents make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. Limit of one prize per person, household and address. The timing and method of delivery of the prize will be determined as the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner shall bear all risks of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its Agents. Prizes may not be transferred. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the prize includes the online posting of materials, including but not limited to photos, text, audio, video, animation, graphic art, illustration, etc., then the location and duration of such posting will be determined solely by Sponsor and its Agents. 9) GENERAL: Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to cancel or modify the Random Drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Random Drawing, or for any other reason or for no reason, as determined by the Sponsor and its Agents in their sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to (but are not required to) award the prizes at random from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or cancellation. By entering, you: (a) agree to release the Sponsor and its Agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from your participation in the Random Drawing and the acceptance, possession and use/misuse of any prize; (b) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its Agents; and (c) give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsor and its Agents by email, mail or phone. CARRIE UNDERWOOD WRAPS BIGGEST TOUR OF CAREER

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (November 29, 2016) – Seven-time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood wrapped “The Storyteller Tour” last night in Salt Lake City, Utah, completing 92 shows for one million fans across seven countries since its launch in January. The tour sold out arenas across the U.S. and Canada including New York City (Madison Square Garden), Los Angeles (STAPLES Center), Nashville (Bridgestone Arena), Toronto, (Air Canada Center), and many more. Named Billboard’s #1 country tour of the first half of 2016, and one of Forbes’ 10 hottest tours of the fall, “The Storyteller Tour” travelled over 50,000 miles among 18 trucks and 8 buses. Each show consisted of 112 automation cues controlling all elements of the 150 foot-long in-the-round stage including 7 stage elevators, 3 rings of video screen, a revolving central stage, and mirror ball, through 56 axes of motion. The tour used over 51,000 pounds of carbon dioxide, and dropped over 400 pounds of Mylar. Carrie’s wardrobe, created by Emmy-winning costume designer Marina Toybina, consisted of 32 custom made costumes and 214 pieces of jewelry, allowing for different outfit combinations across the show’s 5 Acts in each city. The tour’s Creative Director was Barry Lather (Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Usher, Michael Jackson) and Butch Allen (Metallica, The Eagles, Eric Church, No Doubt) was the Production & Lighting Designer.

The tour, named after Carrie’s Platinum-selling Storyteller album, had concert review critics applauding her confidence and command over the massive in-the-round 360-degree stage production claiming it highlighted Carrie as never-before seen:

Carrie Underwood Scores Two American Music Awards

Nashville – November 21, 2016 – Superstar Carrie Underwood won two American Music Awards last night as “Favorite Female Artist- Country” and “Favorite Country Album” for her Platinum-selling Storyteller album, bringing her career AMA tally to 11 wins. This is Carrie’s third consecutive win in the female-country category and she now becomes the only country artist to have all her studio albums honored as AMA “Favorite Country Album” – Some Hearts, Carnival Ride, Play On, Blown Away, and Storyteller.

Carrie Underwood Sells Out World’s Most Famous Arena Madison Square Garden

Carrie Underwood Becomes the Highest Certified Country Album Artist to Debut This Century!

Nashville, TN – More than a decade into her career, 19 Recordings/Arista Nashville superstar Carrie Underwood remains a consistent fan-favorite, as the CMA Entertainer of the Year nominee becomes the RIAA’s highest certified country album artist to debut this century, amid a wave of new RIAA album certifications across her entire studio catalog.

On the heels of three back-to-back #1 singles, Underwood’s 2015 Storyteller album is now certified Platinum while each of her first four studio albums add Multi-Platinum certifications. These include Blown Away (now 2x Multi-Platinum), Play On (3x Multi-Platinum), Carnival Ride (4x Multi-Platinum), and Underwood’s blockbuster debut, Some Hearts, now at 8x Multi-Platinum.

Of all country albums now RIAA certified at 8 million or more, Underwood’s 2005 debut stands as the youngest in the tally, also earning her the distinction of the highest album certification of any country artist to emerge since 2000.

HOUSTON (OCTOBER 21, 2016) – Today, The DICK’S Sporting Goods Foundation and CALIA by Carrie Underwood, a fitness and lifestyle brand created in partnership with DICK’S Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS) and multi-platinum superstar Carrie Underwood, announced a $100,000 Sports Matter grant to support girls youth and high school sports in Houston’s Aldine Independent School District (A.I.S.D.).

Since 2014, The DICK’S Sporting Goods Foundation has pledged over $50 million to support teams and raise awareness of the importance of youth sports across the country through its Sports Matter initiative.

Earlier this year CALIA by Carrie Underwood, in partnership with The DICK’S Foundation, announced plans to donate $500,000 in Sports Matter grants to girls youth sports teams across the country. The first grant was awarded in June in Underwood’s hometown to Checotah (Okla.) School District Girls’ Athletic programs.

Today, in Houston, Underwood and The DICK’S Foundation surprised A.I.S.D. female student-athletes and coaches with a $100,000 Sports Matter grant during a CALIA by Carrie Underwood meet and greet and fitness event at a DICK’S Sporting Goods new store grand opening celebration at the Baybrook Mall.

“I am so honored to partner with The DICK’S Sporting Goods Foundation as we continue to give back to girls sports teams across the country,” said Underwood. “Through today’s donation, we aim to support the girls’ athletic programs in Houston, providing many girls with the opportunity to participate in sports.”

The DICK’S Foundation will be partnering with Athletic Director, Richard Delgado, and Program Director of Resource Development, Stacey Smith, to allocate the Sports Matter grant across A.I.S.D. to the girls’ sports teams.

“At DICK’S, we believe sports make people better, and through this partnership, we are proud to provide more opportunities for girls to play sports throughout the Aldine Independent School District,” said DICK’S Chairman & CEO Edward W. Stack. “The DICK’S Foundation and our CALIA by Carrie Underwood brand look forward to this $100,000 grant making a difference in many girls’ lives.”

Carrie Underwood Honored by CMT during “Artists of the Year” Special

As part of the celebration, Carrie gave a very special performance of “Like I’ll Never Love You Again” alongside The Love Junkies, made up of award-winning singer/songwriters Hillary Lindsey, Lori McKenna, and Liz Rose, who wrote the song for Carrie’s Storyteller album.

CMT’s “Artists of the Year” special was just a quick break in Carrie’s massive Storyteller Tour. She began this week performing to a sold-out crowd of over 16,000 fans at St. Paul’s Xcel Energy Center and she continues tonight with another sold out crowd at Cincinnati’s U.S. Bank Arena.
