Tell us your favorite Carrie Underwood related story: My favorite Carrie related story is going to Nashville for her fan club party and meeting fellow fan club members that I have became friends with on the fan club website.

3) ELIGIBILITY: An entrant who is a minor in his/her state or province of residence must have the signed, written consent and all required paperwork completed by his/her parent or legal guardian in order to participate. Sponsor and its Agents and members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each are not eligible. 5) ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period for the Random Drawing commences on or about July 24, 2017 at 7:00am PDT and continues through July 30, 2017 at 11:59pm PDT.

6) WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be chosen by random drawing. The winner will be notified by email on or about July 31, 2017 and potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where lawful) within one day of the date of notification. If the Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release is not received within one day of the date of notification, the prize may be forfeited (at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents) and an alternate winner selected. If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, he/she may be required to correctly answer a skill question in order to receive the prize, and only potential winners who correctly answer the skill-testing question will be eligible to win and receive a prize. The skill-testing questions may be part of the entry process or the process in which the potential winner is notified and required to sign and return the paperwork specified above. In either case, the correct answer to the skill question must be submitted within the time limits set forth herein for the submission of the drawing entry or the winner paperwork, as applicable. 7) GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the random drawing or any website of the Sponsor and its Agents; (b) violating the Official Random Drawing Rules; (c) violating the terms of use, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any web site, fan club, or other service, or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass another entrant, Sponsor and its Agents, or any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Random Drawing is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8) PRIZES: One (1) chosen winner will receive one towel, one tote bag, one koozie, and one hair tie pack. This prize has an estimated retail value of $80.00. Sponsor and its Agents make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. Limit of one prize per person, household and address. The timing and method of delivery of the prize will be determined as the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner shall bear all risks of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its Agents. Prizes may not be transferred. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. In such event, Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to (but are not required to) award the prizes at random from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or cancellation. What is one thing that sets you apart from other Carrie Underwood fans? Carrie means everything to me. She is my life. Anytime I am sad, her music makes me feel better.

Tell us your favorite Carrie Underwood related story: I saw Carrie and almost fainted. But when I saw her she made me feel like we were old friends. I told her I named my cat after Ace her dog. She told me about a cat she found that she was looking for a home for. She made me feel so happy and comfortable. She is the nicest person I ever met. At the end she even told me to tell Ace she said hi! And I did! I’ll never forget that day.

What was the very first Carrie Underwood song you heard? Other than on American Idol, it would’ve been Inside Your Heaven. I bought the CD that literally has two singles on it back when that was a thing.

How many years have you been a Carrie Underwood fan? I’ve been a fan since the beginning. It’s been almost 11 years since I saw her in concert for the first time!

How many Carrie Underwood shows have you been to? 8! I don’t live close to any major cities, but have been fortunate enough that Carrie comes relatively close (3-6 hours away) each tour.

What is the farthest you have travelled for a Carrie Underwood show? 12 hours…by myself!

What is one thing that sets you apart from other Carrie Underwood fans? Honestly, I’m not sure what would set me apart from other fans. I just really freaking love her! I almost solely use twitter for Carrie info (and to look at pictures of cute dogs!). I can somehow tie her in to almost any conversation I’m having. Guests at my house know that during SNF, everything stops and everyone is quiet during Carrie’s song. And my husband gets to hear every day about what she has been up to.
More importantly though, her music has helped me through so many different times in my life. When I’m having a bad day, all I need to do is get in the car, throw in one of her CD’s, and drive. Her voice and her music are so powerful and are truly such an important part of my life.

Tell us your favorite Carrie Underwood related story: This past year, my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. My mom had to quit her job so she could be with him for chemo and doctor’s appointments, etc. During a break in his treatment, my mom and I were able to travel to Minneapolis to see the Storyteller Tour. It was her very first Carrie concert, and she finally got to see why I love her so much! It made me so happy to share my love of Carrie with someone else, especially my mom. She had so much fun and was able to take some time for herself during that stressful period – for that I will always be grateful.

What is one thing that sets you apart from other Carrie Underwood fans? Honestly, I don’t have a good answer. We’re all different in many ways until it comes to our love for Carrie. We agree and we disagree on many things. But Carrie unites us in a way that makes us family.

Tell us your favorite Carrie Underwood related story: My favorite story to tell about Carrie is my experience at the Storyteller Tour in Cincinnati, OH. Although this was my second time seeing the show, being in the pit was incomparable. When the show was over, Carrie peeked her head through a gap in the stage and waved goodbye to me with a big smile on her face. It was one of the coolest moments of my life and I’ll never forget it.

June 6, 2017 – Celebrating 11 years of the Official Carrie Underwood Fan Club at the Grand Ole Opry!

Tomorrow Carrie will perform “The Fighter” with Keith Urban on the “2017 CMT Music Awards,” broadcasting LIVE from Music City Center in Nashville. Carrie holds the record for the most wins in the show’s history at 15, and is nominated again for 3 awards. On Saturday Carrie will join Brad Paisley at Fan Fair X to reflect on the 50th Anniversary of the CMA Awards and their nine year run as hosts with executive producer Robert Deaton.
