How do I send a Mail-In Payment?
To send a mail-in payment just go to the Carrie Underwood Fan Club website, click on “Join Now”. Follow the instructions for “Mail-In Payments”. When you have completed the registration form, print it out and send it along with a Money Order or Cashier’s Check in the amount specified for US or International members. If you live outside of the U.S., your subscription cost is $37.08 U.S. Dollars. If you are within the USA your subscription cost is $33.20. Simply go to any bank and ask for an International Money Order for $33.20 (US) /$37.08(International) U.S. Dollars and they will tell you how much it costs in your local currency. Your payment should be made out to Sparkart LLC.
